HIGH VOLTAGE JACKET WOMEN

This waterproof softshell sets new standards for 2013. Our latest new fabric development is called TEXAPORE O3 SMOOTHLIGHT SOFTSHELL and it combines the attributes of a waterproof shell with the climate and wear comfort of a softshell.

On the HIGH VOLTAGE alpine jacket we have equipped this lightweight, windproof and waterproof 3-layer laminate with a reverse side consisting of a comfortable Jersey fabric, of a type commonly found in functional shirts. A specially developed seam sealing tape allows the jacket seams to be tape sealed inside as normal. The result: the HIGH VOLTAGE delivers an impressive waterproof specification (20,000 mm hydrostatic head) and exceptional breathability performance (MVTR: 30,000 g/m2/24 h). The face fabric is light, soft, stretchy and robust - just like a softshell.

The jacket provides good freedom of movement and the detailing is specifically geared towards mountain sports use: Venting pit zips, raised side pockets, water resistant zips, an athletic cut for superior mobility, wide, adjustable cuffs for a snug fit when gloved-up and a roll & stow, helmet compatible hood with plenty of extra volume.
