If you are not entirely sure which of our sizes is the right one for you, grab a tape measure!
The measurement and sizing table will then enable you to select the correct size of the garment you are interested in.
Hold the tape measure close to your body, as all the measurements in the table are "body measurements".
Strip off to your underwear and adopt a relaxed posture when measuring. For a more accurate measurement, ask a friend to help.
