This adventure is full

All places for this event have been taken. Thank you for your incredible spirit and your love of nature and wide open horizons. If you didn't manage to secure a place this time: don't worry. The next adventure is already in the works.

The Alps Crossing Wolf Trail combines a real physical challenge with the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Central Alps. Over several days, the route covers around 120 kilometres, from Oberstdorf in the Allgäu Alps to Merano in South Tyrol.

The trail begins in the alpine surroundings around Oberstdorf. From there, the route leads through quiet alpine valleys and over scenic mountain passes towards the Lechtal and Ötztal Alps. Along the way, participants pass alpine meadows, waterfalls and high-altitude viewpoints, moving step by step closer to the main Alpine ridge.

A particular highlight of the route is the crossing into South Tyrol. Here, the landscape noticeably changes, and the first Mediterranean influences become visible. The final stages lead through sun-drenched valleys above Merano, before the hike finally comes to an end in the historic spa town. High alpine trails, striking mountain pass scenery and sweeping panoramic views define the character of this route.

With long daily stages and significant elevation gain, this route places serious demands on physical fitness. Good base endurance, sure-footedness and experience in alpine terrain are therefore essential. This event isn't suitable for those without hiking experience, or without preparation for multiple consecutive stages in high-mountain terrain.

This multi-day hike is organised by Jack Wolfskin in partnership with ASI Reisen and selected outdoor partners. Jack Wolfskin is responsible for both the concept and delivery of the event, drawing on extensive experience in outdoor product development, community hikes and long-distance formats.

Participant numbers are deliberately limited to allow for an intensive, focused trail experience throughout the entire route. This event is aimed at experienced hikers with excellent base fitness, at those who enjoy multi-day hikes in alpine terrain, and at anyone looking to experience a classic Alpine crossing as part of a structured trail format.
