You’ll find your welcome voucher in your member account immediately after completing your registration. We’ll also let you know by email.

Please activate the voucher in your member account first. You can then redeem it once within 6 months in the official Jack Wolfskin online shop or in a Jack Wolfskin store in the country where you registered for the membership programme.

You’ll earn bonus points every time you buy eligible items in an official Jack Wolfskin store, a Jack Wolfskin franchise store or the official Jack Wolfskin online shop – provided the purchase is made in the country where you registered for the membership programme. No bonus points will be credited for purchases made in other countries.

The number of bonus points you earn is calculated as the purchase price × 5 and is then rounded up or down to the nearest whole number. You can earn additional bonus points as part of limited-time promotions, for example during double-points promotions

No bonus points are awarded for the purchase of vouchers and gift cards, delivery charges, services or items from third-party manufacturers.

Bonus points from product purchases are initially held as **pending points** for 35 days due to the returns period. Once this period has expired, they are automatically credited to your membership account.You can also collect bonus points as part of selected, limited-time promotions. Jack Wolfskin reserves the right to change, amend or terminate such promotions at any time.

Your bonus points are stored in your member account and added on an ongoing basis. You can view your current points balance at any time in your member account.

Once you have collected at least 500 bonus points, you can redeem them for bonus vouchers in your member account. 500 points are equivalent to a voucher worth £5.00. Redemption takes place in pre-defined point tiers.Your bonus voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in official Jack Wolfskin stores, Jack Wolfskin franchise stores and in the official Jack Wolfskin online shop in the country where you registered for the membership programme.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

Bonus vouchers can only be redeemed in the country where you initially registered for the membership programme.
Only one bonus voucher can be redeemed per purchase.
Bonus vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or discount offers.
Each bonus voucher can only be redeemed once and in full. Any remaining value will lapse.
Unredeemed bonus vouchers expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
The voucher value or any remaining balance cannot be paid out in cash.

Bonus points:
You earn bonus points through purchases and other activities, and can exchange them for bonus vouchers. Redeeming your bonus points does not affect your status. Unredeemed bonus points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Level points:
For every bonus point you collect, you automatically receive one level point. The number of level points you have determines your membership level: Valley (Level 1), Mountain (Level 2) or Peak (Level 3). Once you reach a new level, it remains valid for 12 months.

The Jack Wolfskin loyalty programme has three tiers.

Tier 1 (‘Valley’) is for members with 0–2,499 tier points. Tier 2 (‘Mountain’) is for members with 2,500–4,999 tier points. Tier 3 (‘Peak’) is for members with 5,000 or more tier points.

You can reach Mountain or Peak level by achieving the above-mentioned number of level points within twelve months.
