All places for this event have been taken. Thank you for your incredible spirit and your love of nature and wide open horizons. If you didn't manage to secure a place this time: don't worry. The next adventure is already in the works.

The Black Forest Wolf Trail combines a real physical challenge with the striking landscapes of the southern Black Forest. Over four days, the route covers around 107 kilometres, finishing at Lake Constance. The tour sets off from Schluchsee.

The first stage leads from there through dense forests and quiet nature trails towards the Wutach Gorge, one of the most impressive gorge landscapes in the region. The trail then continues via Blumberg and Engen, through the gentle hills and woodlands of the Hegau.

On this stretch, sweeping views of the region's characteristic volcanic peaks and historic villages accompany you all the way to Singen. The final stage then leads on towards Lake Constance, forming the scenic finale of the route. Forests, gorges, open landscapes and scenic ridges combine to create a varied and ever-changing trail profile throughout.

Averaging around 25 kilometres a day, this route is physically demanding. The distance calls for solid base endurance as well as experience with longer day hikes. This event isn't suitable for those without hiking experience, or without training for consecutive stages of 25 to 30 kilometres.

Jack Wolfskin is responsible for the concept and delivery of the event, drawing on extensive experience in developing outdoor products, community hikes and long-distance formats.

Participant numbers are limited to 50 in total. Within the group, 25 places are available for those wishing to complete the trail with a guide, and a further 25 places for hikers who'd like to tackle the route independently.

This event is aimed at experienced hikers with excellent base fitness, at those able to cover 25 to 30 kilometres on consecutive days, and at anyone looking to gain their first experience of thru-hiking within a structured, organised format.
