This position is initially limited to two years as a parental leave cover.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Lead and support a small HR team within your assigned business area
- Provide proactive support to leaders in all aspects of talent development, succession planning, and career growth – in collaboration with relevant HR Centers of Expertise (e.g., Recruiting, HR Operations, Project Management)
- Act as the main point of contact for managers and employees regarding all HR-related topics, considering legal, economic, social, and organizational aspects
- Contribute to the ongoing development of organizational structures, employee productivity, and engagement
- Support the design and implementation of organizational measures, including change management, internal communication, and process optimization
- Develop and implement individual employment-related measures in accordance with applicable labor laws
- Independently manage the entire recruitment process – from reviewing applications and conducting interviews to negotiating employment contracts
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives tailored to your business area
- Collaborate closely with employee representatives and prepare works agreements (e.g., working time models, restructuring initiatives)
- Contribute to cross-functional HR topics and strategic projects in close alignment with the People & Culture team
- Prepare and execute the annual compensation review within the framework of compensation management
- Coordinate the annual workforce and budget planning process in cooperation with Controlling
What you bring:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in an HR role, ideally with team leadership responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of labor law and works constitution law
- Good understanding of social security legislation
- Experience in collaboration with employee representatives (works council)
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, ATOSS, Hansalog) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Strong process and business understanding with a strategic mindset
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Empathetic and collaborative leadership style with high social competence
- Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high attention to detail
