Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Assist in creating and publishing clear, engaging job advertisements for Corporate and Retail roles across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Indeed, and eBay Kleinanzeigen.
- Manage the application pipeline by screening CVs and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling (virtual and in-person) and ensure candidates receive all necessary information in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
- Maintain and manage applicant data and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work closely with the Recruiter, Retail Store Managers, and Corporate teams to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in planning and executing recruiting events, career fairs, and university collaborations.
- Support recruitment reporting, data tracking, and continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to HR and recruitment projects aimed at improving processes and strengthening employer branding.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or completed vocational training as a Personnel Services Specialist or Human Resources Specialist.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the retail, fashion, or outdoor industry.
- Familiarity with recruiting agency work or personnel service providers is a plus.
- Strong experience using online recruiting platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information.
- Passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of the outdoor /retail market is an advantage.
