Workplace health management

The health and work-life balance of our employees is close to our hearts.

It is important to us that we not only promote the professional competence of our employees, but also help them to maintain or even improve their health. We do this in many different ways. Once a year, for example, we organise health days in which we offer our employees full, individual physical checks, trainings such as schooling on eye care, personal preventative consultations and informative seminars. As well as this, there are regular information events and workshops on various health topics.

We place particularly high value on sporting activities as part of our health management scheme. Everyone who has a demanding and fast-paced professional life needs physical balance, to strengthen themselves physically, and to keep their mind and body harmonised. That's why we offer the team a wide range of sporting activities – also catering to specific health areas that suit every requirement and training goal: from after-work events such as mountain biking and company runs to team sports in the company’s sports hall, fitness and back training classes, dance workshops and relaxation techniques such as yoga and well-being classes. Doing sport together and being out and about together also strengthens our team spirit immensely. Our activity highlights include outdoor events such as, for instance, climbing, hiking and skiing.
