AEROSHAPE is our innovative body contact carry system for hiking and bike packs. The new Pro version can be individually adjusted to different torso lengths and is even more comfortable to wear.

ABS layer
A profiled ABS board, shaped in a body-contoured silhouette design, is responsible for carrying the load comfortably.

EVA layer
Cushioning EVA foam with ventilation cut-outs illustrates the breathability of the system.

Airmesh layer
Very unique is the airmesh layer in its one-piece construction. This allows us to use less variation in materials and makes it very efficient in the manufacturing process.

Height-adjustable
The length of the back can be adjusted to the individual. This guarantees optimum comfort and fit.
