Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.

Thru-hiker, adventurer, restarter

Tim comes from South Africa and has always been thrilled by adventure. He started with hiking, then switched to trail running and mountain biking before coming back to hiking – this time as a thru-hiker.

After a few difficult months, he took the spontaneous decision to spend his savings on a one-way flight to Georgia and embarked on the 1,500 km long Transcaucasian Trail. He finished the trail three months later – and thereby kindled his desire to experience even more adventure, while letting other people share this experience. Over the coming months, Tim is planning to set off on one of the longest thru-hikes in the world, sharing his experiences and encouraging others to also set off on trails.
