Terms and conditions for the Wild Hike Ticket competition
1. Competition
These terms and conditions apply to the Jack Wolfskin Wild Hike Ticket 2025 competition (hereinafter referred to as the ‘competition’). The competition is organised by Jack Wolfskin Ausrüstung für Draussen GmbH & Co. KGaA, Jack Wolfskin Kreisel 1, D-65510 Idstein, email info@jack-wolfskin.com.
Prize
Every customer who purchases a pair of shoes from the Wild Hike shoe collection in a Jack Wolfskin store will have the chance to win a prize and is therefore a participant (hereinafter referred to as ‘participant’) in this competition. The winner is the person who finds a Wild Hike ticket in the shoe box. The respective prize can then be found under the scratch-off field.
One grand prize will be raffled off among all participants.
This consists of:
two (2) places (for the winner and a companion)
for a 7-day trip to Italy
‘South Tyrol – leisurely hiking in the Seiser Alm’
(https://www.asi-reisen.de/r/itbzo038).
The trip will be organized by Alpinschule Innsbruck GmbH, Tschurtschentalerhof 1, A-6161 Natters / Tyrol, Austria (hereinafter referred to as ‘ASI’)
The following services are included:
• 6 nights at Hotel Villa Kastelruth****, room with bath/shower and WC
• 6x breakfast,
• 6x dinner
• Transfers by public transport and cable car rides as per itinerary
• Voucher for travel literature
• Guided tour and support by an authorised ASI mountain guide
• ASI tour book
The General Terms and Conditions of ASI apply, which can be found here (https://www.asi-reisen.de/agb) and must be accepted by the participant upon commencement of the trip.
The travel booking is handled directly between the winner and ASI Reisen.
The winner books the trip independently and at their own responsibility, depending on availability. Jack Wolfskin will send the winner the detailed booking information in advance with the prize notification.
For clarification, it should be noted that Jack Wolfskin merely mediates a contract with a third party, the tour operator; Jack Wolfskin does not act as a tour operator itself. Upon commencement of the trip, the tour operator's terms and conditions apply. Jack Wolfskin is entitled to replace the prize with one of equal value and similar purpose if, contrary to expectations, the prize should not be available.
During the stay, the house rules of the accommodation and the instructions of the tour staff and other security personnel must be observed. The house rules of the accommodation are accepted by the participant upon commencement of the trip or check-in. Additional costs incurred by the winner in connection with the use of the prize, e.g. travel to and from the destination, cable car rides or during the stay with the prize (e.g. international health insurance, any additional meals or other expenses), will not be reimbursed by Jack Wolfskin if they exceed the stated prize content and must be borne by the winner.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The prize claim cannot be assigned or transferred. No rights other than those specified in these terms and conditions of participation can be derived from the competition.
The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
Additional prizes can also be won.
These consist of:
• 10x Jack Wolfskin outfits worth a maximum of £300.00 (gross) (customers can shop in store for whatever they want)
• 100x gift cards worth £50
• 100x gift card worth €20
• 89x Jack Wolfskin goodie worth a maximum of 30 € (RRP; choice of one product from the existing range in the Jack Wolfskin store)
2. Participation

The prizes can be found under the scratch-off panel on the scratch card.
All persons aged 18 or over are eligible to participate.
3. Conduct of the competition
The competition begins on 18 September 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025. Participation in the competition is only possible in participating stores in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Italy.
4. Process of the competition
The purchased shoe box must contain a Wild Hike ticket.
If the participant has won a main prize, they must contact us at the email address provided on the Wild Hike ticket by 31 January 2026 in order to redeem their prize. The participant will then receive further details about the trip from us.
Instant prizes can be redeemed directly in the store until 31 January 2026.
5. Liability
Jack Wolfskin is not liable for damages caused by slight negligence, unless this involves a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Furthermore, Jack Wolfskin is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, strikes, lockouts, unforeseen operational disruptions or official measures and/or the availability and quality of telecommunications networks and services that are not within the organiser's area of responsibility. Should the competition have to be changed or interrupted in accordance with section 7 of these terms and conditions, Jack Wolfskin shall not be liable.
Jack Wolfskin shall only be liable for damage caused by it, its legal representatives or vicarious agents through willful intent or gross negligence. Liability for guaranteed characteristics remains unaffected.
Otherwise, Jack Wolfskin shall be liable without limitation insofar as it can be accused of gross negligence or intent. In the event of injury to life, limb or health, Jack Wolfskin shall also be liable for slight negligence.
5.a Additional exclusion of liability for travel defects
If the prize is a trip for which Jack Wolfskin is exceptionally to be regarded as the tour operator and the competition participant has provided actual consideration, the following shall apply in addition to clause 6:
Jack Wolfskin's contractual liability for damages that are not physical injuries is limited to three times the price of the trip,
- insofar as the damage suffered by the participant is not caused by the organiser either intentionally or through gross negligence, or
- insofar as the organiser is solely responsible for damage incurred by the traveller due to the fault of a service provider (e.g. airline, hotel).
Jack Wolfskin shall not be liable for service disruptions, personal injury or property damage in connection with services that are merely arranged as third-party services, if these services are recognisably not part of the organiser's travel services. This shall not apply if the damage suffered by the traveller is based on a breach of the organiser's duties to provide information, clarification and organisation.
Jack Wolfskin is not liable for travel defects if Jack Wolfskin is not acting as a tour operator and is therefore not responsible for putting together a complete package of travel services, but is merely brokering a contract with a third-party tour operator, or if the winner does not perform any essential service that was required for participation in the competition.
6. Termination or modification of the competition
Jack Wolfskin reserves the right to terminate, modify or postpone the competition at any time without prior notice or justification. This applies in particular in the event that it transpires that proper execution cannot be guaranteed for factual or legal reasons.
In particular, Jack Wolfskin is entitled to change, discontinue, cancel or suspend the competition if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed (in particular in the event of hardware or software failure, programme errors, computer viruses or unauthorised interference by third parties, as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems).
7. Other
The organiser will conduct the competition in accordance with the applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
Complaints or questions regarding the conditions of participation and the competition can be sent in writing to Jack Wolfskin Ausrüstung für Draussen GmbH & Co. KGaA, Jack Wolfskin Kreisel 1, D-65510 Idstein, or by email to info@jack-wolfskin.com.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, participants have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that there has been a breach of the GDPR.
