Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.

Can I get replacement parts for my Jack Wolfskin tent?

Yes. We keep a stock of replacement parts for all our current models and some of our older models, including pegs, pole sections, complete pole sets and tent fabric.

Your first point of contact is the JACK WOLFSKIN STORE or the retailer where you initially purchased your product. Please remember to include the name of the tent, the age of the tent and the length of the poles.
